Dữ liệu CookFit xử lý

• Nội dung tìm món và dữ liệu AI: nguyên liệu bạn nhập, ảnh tủ lạnh bạn chủ động chụp, thiết bị nấu đã chọn, ngôn ngữ, yêu cầu hiện tại, nguyên liệu cơ bản trong bếp, lựa chọn dị ứng và bản tóm tắt sở thích khẩu vị có thể được gửi đến Google Firebase AI Logic và Gemini Developer API để nhận diện nguyên liệu, tạo và cá nhân hóa công thức.
• Dữ liệu lưu cục bộ: món đã lưu, lựa chọn dị ứng, nguyên liệu cơ bản, phản hồi thích/không thích, tín hiệu khẩu vị và trạng thái Premium được lưu trong vùng riêng của ứng dụng trên thiết bị. CookFit không yêu cầu tên, email hoặc tài khoản người dùng.
• Báo cáo nội dung: nếu bạn báo cáo một công thức, CookFit gửi mã và tên công thức, bản chụp nội dung công thức, lý do báo cáo, ngôn ngữ, nguồn công thức, phiên bản ứng dụng và thời điểm báo cáo đến Firebase Firestore để kiểm duyệt. Báo cáo không kèm mã tài khoản CookFit.
• Quảng cáo: đối với người dùng bản miễn phí, Google Mobile Ads có thể tự động thu thập hoặc chia sẻ địa chỉ IP (có thể dùng để ước tính vị trí gần đúng), tương tác trong ứng dụng, dữ liệu chẩn đoán và mã nhận dạng thiết bị hoặc tài khoản cho quảng cáo, đo lường, phân tích và phòng chống gian lận.
• Giao dịch Premium: Google Play xử lý thanh toán. CookFit nhận thông tin sản phẩm, trạng thái mua và mã giao dịch cần thiết để xác nhận/mở khóa Premium; ứng dụng chỉ lưu cục bộ trạng thái Premium.
• Dữ liệu kỹ thuật và bảo mật: Firebase, App Check, Firestore và các dịch vụ Google có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP, mã phiên bản ứng dụng, thông tin thiết bị, mã cài đặt hoặc mã xác thực để vận hành dịch vụ, thực thi hạn mức, bảo mật và ngăn lạm dụng.

Camera và ảnh

CookFit chỉ yêu cầu quyền camera khi bạn chọn tính năng chụp tủ lạnh. Bạn có thể từ chối và nhập nguyên liệu bằng tay. Ảnh chụp được giữ tạm trong bộ nhớ đệm riêng của ứng dụng và gửi đến dịch vụ AI để nhận diện nguyên liệu; ảnh không được tự động thêm vào thư viện ảnh. CookFit cố gắng xóa tệp tạm khi không còn cần thiết, và Android cũng có thể xóa bộ nhớ đệm. Không chụp người, giấy tờ hoặc thông tin bí mật.

Mục đích sử dụng

Dữ liệu được dùng để nhận diện nguyên liệu, tạo và hiển thị công thức, áp dụng lựa chọn dị ứng và khẩu vị, lưu món, tải thư viện công thức công khai, xử lý báo cáo an toàn, xác nhận Premium, hiển thị quảng cáo theo lựa chọn quyền riêng tư, bảo vệ dịch vụ và cải thiện độ ổn định. CookFit không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không cung cấp nội dung tìm món hoặc ảnh của bạn cho nhà quảng cáo.

Dịch vụ bên thứ ba và cách họ xử lý dữ liệu

• Firebase AI Logic và Gemini Developer API: Firebase AI Logic không tự lưu nội dung đầu vào/đầu ra, nhưng Gemini Developer API xử lý dữ liệu theo điều khoản của Google. Tùy trạng thái thanh toán của dự án, Google có thể lưu nội dung trong thời gian giới hạn để bảo mật/chống lạm dụng; với dịch vụ không trả phí, Google cũng có thể dùng đầu vào, đầu ra để cải thiện sản phẩm và có thể cho nhân sự đánh giá. Vì vậy, không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân, nhạy cảm hoặc bí mật.
• Firebase Firestore và App Check: cung cấp thư viện công thức, nhận báo cáo nội dung và bảo vệ tài nguyên khỏi truy cập trái phép.
• Google Mobile Ads và User Messaging Platform: cung cấp quảng cáo và quản lý lựa chọn đồng ý/quyền riêng tư cho người dùng đủ điều kiện.
• Google Play Billing: xử lý giao dịch Premium, biên nhận và lịch sử mua hàng theo tài khoản Google Play của bạn.

Lưu giữ, sao lưu và xóa dữ liệu

• Dữ liệu cục bộ được giữ đến khi bạn xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ CookFit. Tùy cài đặt Android, món đã lưu và tùy chọn có thể được đưa vào bản sao lưu hệ thống hoặc chuyển sang thiết bị mới; trạng thái Premium bị loại khỏi bản sao lưu và được kiểm tra lại với Google Play.
• CookFit không giữ một bản sao máy chủ riêng của yêu cầu AI hoặc ảnh. Việc lưu giữ tại Google tuân theo dịch vụ và điều khoản Google đang áp dụng như mô tả ở trên.
• Báo cáo nội dung được giữ đến khi xử lý xong và sau đó được xóa khi không còn cần cho an toàn, ngăn lạm dụng hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
• Thời hạn giữ dữ liệu quảng cáo, giao dịch và dữ liệu kỹ thuật do Google quản lý theo chính sách của họ.

Lựa chọn và quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể không cấp quyền camera, thay đổi lựa chọn quảng cáo trong màn Cài đặt khi tùy chọn này được cung cấp, đặt lại/xóa mã quảng cáo trong Android, xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ CookFit. Bạn có thể yêu cầu truy cập hoặc xóa báo cáo nội dung bằng email; hãy cung cấp tên công thức, lý do và thời gian báo cáo gần đúng để chúng tôi tìm đúng bản ghi. Tùy nơi cư trú, bạn có thể có thêm quyền đối với dữ liệu cá nhân.

Bảo mật

CookFit dùng kết nối được mã hóa do Android/Google SDK cung cấp, Firebase Security Rules và App Check để hạn chế truy cập trái phép. Không hệ thống truyền hoặc lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối.

Người dùng dưới 18 tuổi

CookFit không hướng tới người dưới 18 tuổi và không chủ ý thu thập dữ liệu của họ. Nếu bạn tin rằng người dưới 18 tuổi đã cung cấp dữ liệu, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xem xét yêu cầu phù hợp.

Thay đổi chính sách

Data CookFit processes

• Recipe-search and AI data: ingredients you type, fridge photos you choose to capture, selected appliances, language, your current request, pantry staples, allergy selections and a summary of taste preferences may be sent to Google Firebase AI Logic and the Gemini Developer API to identify ingredients and generate or personalize recipes.
• Data stored locally: saved recipes, allergy choices, pantry staples, like/dislike feedback, taste signals and Premium status are stored in the app's private area on your device. CookFit does not ask for your name, email address or a user account.
• Content reports: if you report a recipe, CookFit sends the recipe identifier and name, a snapshot of the recipe, selected reason, language, recipe source, app version and report time to Firebase Firestore for moderation. Reports do not include a CookFit account identifier.
• Advertising: for free users, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or share IP address (which may estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic data, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention.
• Premium purchases: Google Play processes payments. CookFit receives the product, purchase status and transaction token needed to verify/unlock Premium; the app stores only a local Premium status.
• Technical and security data: Firebase, App Check, Firestore and other Google services may process IP address, app version, device information, installation identifiers or authentication tokens to operate services, enforce quotas, provide security and prevent abuse.

Camera and photos

CookFit requests camera access only when you choose to photograph your fridge. You may deny access and type ingredients instead. The photo is held temporarily in the app's private cache and sent to the AI service for ingredient recognition; it is not automatically added to your photo library. CookFit attempts to delete the temporary file when it is no longer needed, and Android may also clear the cache. Do not photograph people, documents or confidential information.

How data is used

Data is used to identify ingredients, generate and display recipes, apply allergy and taste choices, save recipes, load the public recipe catalog, review safety reports, verify Premium, show ads according to privacy choices, protect services and improve reliability. CookFit does not sell personal data and does not provide recipe-search content or photos to advertisers.

Third-party services and their data practices

• Firebase AI Logic and Gemini Developer API: Firebase AI Logic does not itself store input/output content, but the Gemini Developer API processes data under Google's terms. Depending on the project's billing status, Google may retain content for a limited period for security and abuse prevention; with unpaid services, Google may also use inputs and outputs to improve products and human reviewers may process them. Do not submit personal, sensitive, confidential or identifying information.
• Firebase Firestore and App Check: provide the public recipe catalog, receive content reports and protect resources from unauthorized access.
• Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: provide advertising and manage consent/privacy choices for eligible users.
• Google Play Billing: processes Premium purchases, receipts and purchase history under your Google Play account.

Retention, backups and deletion

• Local data remains until you clear CookFit's app data or uninstall it. Depending on Android settings, saved recipes and preferences may be included in a system backup or device transfer. Premium status is excluded from backup and is checked again with Google Play.
• CookFit does not retain a separate server copy of AI requests or photos. Retention by Google follows the applicable Google service and terms described above.
• Content reports remain until reviewed and are then deleted when no longer needed for safety, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
• Google controls retention of advertising, transaction and technical service data under its policies.

Your choices and rights

You may deny camera access, change ad privacy choices from Settings when the option is available, reset/delete the advertising identifier in Android, clear app data or uninstall CookFit. You may request access to or deletion of a content report by email; include the recipe name, reason and approximate report time so we can identify the record. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Security

CookFit uses encrypted connections provided by Android/Google SDKs, Firebase Security Rules and App Check to limit unauthorized access. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Users under 18

CookFit is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a person under 18 has provided data, contact us so we can review the appropriate request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be posted on this page.
